Delete Everything!! Well...

Hey guys,

You may or may not have noticed =kkart's journal on the front page of DA talking about the issues we are all noticing- namely the lag, the time outs, the storage problems and various other bugs and issues plaguing this really unique and wonderful community site. We are growing so fast, that the servers and the staff are really having a hard time keeping up.

I have an idea.

Everyone, take some time to go through your Notes (inbox and sent), your Galleries and your Scraps and please delete everything you really don't need. Think on it, imagine the help it would be for the site load if everyone took a minute and cleaned up things that just lay around unread (notes/messages/old journals) and unviewed (ancient things in scraps you have moved far beyond in your skills and abilities).

If you guys think this sounds reasonable, would you please write a journal about it too? Let's get the word out. :dance:

Can we call it an early spring cleaning? :) Let's help out the site and ease the burden where we can. :w00t:
