how do you make these?

Then I uploaded it to my computer and converted it's .MOV format to .AVI and opened it in the JASC Animation Shop in my Paint Shop Pro.
I selected the whole image stream and reduced the frames from whatever size they were to 100 x 100 pixels, then saved the whole thing as a .gif file.
